Kim Sa Bu já teve a fama de ser um ótimo cirurgião em um hospital enorme. Um dia, ele saiu da indústria e agora ele é o cirurgião chefe no Hospital Soldam no interior. Depois de ele conduzir uma cirurgia de sucesso no Presidente Shin, ele consegue melhorar o hospital com apoio de confiança. Mas, então, o Presidente Shin morre. Novas pessoas aparecem e seus alunos precisam deixar o hospital. Além disso, seu pulso, que foi machucado há três anos, começa a agir de uma maneira estranha. No fim, ele vai a um hospital enorme para resolver a falta de mão de obra no Hospital Doldam, onde ele encontra duas pessoas que se parecem com seus ex-alunos, mas mais carentes. Seo Woo Jin faria qualquer coisa por dinheiro, e Cha Eun sai correndo toda vez que entra em uma sala de cirurgia. Será que Kim Sa Bu conseguirá conduzir o Hospital Doldam com esses dois?
