Asagi is a Taimanin a ninja fighting demons, in the modern age. Even though she has been retired and hopes to marry her fiancé Sawaki Kyousuke, she is pulled back in her fight against the demons. Oboro an enemy she thought she defeated in the past has to return wanting revenge against Asagi pulling her sister and fiancé into the fight.

Ending of the OVA follows the good ending of Taimanin Asagi Battle Arena. Oboro's ability works only because Asagi wears a ring. Something that in later visual novels is changed but is mentioned in the first game.
